At Wilsons, our food is inspired by a deep connection to nature, the changing seasons, and a passion for regenerative farming. Our market garden plays a central role in shaping the menu—it provides the vegetables, herbs, and fruit used in our kitchen and serves as the foundation for all our dishes. Because of this, our menu evolves frequently, reflecting what’s in season and what’s growing in the garden.

During spring and summer, we preserve and ferment our produce, ensuring we have plenty to enjoy during the winter months when the harvest is less abundant.

We offer a full seven-course set menu, available both at lunch and dinner for £78. On Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, we offer a more compact three-course set menu at lunchtime for £39. Please note, the reduced set menu is not available on Saturdays.

Our wine list is curated to feature small-scale, low-intervention and biodynamic wines and changes frequently.

We also offer a selection of homemade, non-alcoholic beverages made from herbs, fruits, and flowers grown on the farm.
