Our kitchen at Wilsons is very small, and due to the nature of our set menu we are able to cater to limited dietary requirements only. We will always endeavour to accommodate dietary needs where we can, but we will need at least 48 hours notice. We kindly ask that you contact the restaurant via email, telephone, or in the “anything else we should know” section of our booking form. We will not be able to accommodate individual needs on the day, and will still charge a late cancellation fee if you are unable to fulfil your booking due to dietary requirements, within the 24 hour cancellation notice period.
