Wilsons has a market garden producing the vegetables, herbs and edible & ornamental flowers used in the restaurant and Bread Shop. Set on a 2 acre field in Barrow Gurney, just 20 minutes away from the restaurant, the field is managed using regenerative and restorative techniques, with minimal cultivation and minimal input being the focus. Working to support biodiversity and soil health.

Twice a week the produce is harvested and delivered directly to the restaurant.
